Months of training. One placement drive.

Fifteen
minutes.

That's how long a placement interview lasts. It decides whether months, sometimes years, of skill becomes a job. Most students at ITIs, vocational institutes and colleges walk into it having never practiced once.

The interview wants words.

A fitter student can set a machine's tension by feel. Ask her to explain it across a table to a stranger who decides her future, and she goes quiet. Not because she doesn't know. Because nobody ever asked her to say it out loud.

Marathi. Tamil. Hindi. Telugu. Whatever his state speaks.

Most trade and entry-level jobs in India don't need English. They need a candidate who can explain his work with confidence. Every English-first tool tells him that his employability is a language problem. It isn't. It's a practice problem.

India skills millions of young people every year, then sends them into interviews unrehearsed.

Interview 1. He freezes on the first question. That's fine. This one doesn't count against his future.

This is what practice looks like.

A student picks a trade and a language, answers five scenario questions by voice on any phone or computer, and gets a full report back in the same language. Question banks and scoring rubrics are mapped to the NSQF, so the assessment lines up with the qualification framework your institute already follows.

Every score is broken down across six weighted categories, each with a reason and a specific improvement. Nothing is a black box, for the student or for you.

Pick a role. See exactly what we assess.

Every role has its own NSQF-mapped rubric and question bank, from ITI trades to college placement roles. Here is a sample of what a student gets asked, and the kind of feedback that comes back.

The interview knows who's answering.

Before the first question, the student uploads a CV and picks a target job role. Questions are then personalised to that role and their actual background, so a student with a diesel mechanic apprenticeship gets asked about it, in their language.

1
Upload CV, pick a roleApprenticeships, projects and certificates are read from the CV.
2
Personalised questionsAsked about their own experience, the way a real interviewer would.
3
Role-mapped scoringAnswers scored against the NSQF-mapped rubric for that role.

What running it at your institute looks like

Whether you run an ITI, a vocational training centre or a tier 2 or 3 college, the setup is the same. Your students practice on the app. Your trainers and placement officers see everything and decide who needs help. We plan the calendar around your placement drives.

01

Students practice on their own phones

Scenario questions for their specific trade or role, asked and answered by voice in their language. Five questions per interview, a report at the end, and drills to work on before the next one.

Trainers see who is stuck

The dashboard shows every student's interviews, scores and movement. Your placement officer opens it on Monday and knows which ten students to call in this week.

03

You keep the results

Score movement and drive-day conversion, compared against your previous batch, in a report with your institute's name on it. Useful for management, affiliating bodies and parents alike.

The 21-day Placement Sprint. In the three weeks before your drive, students complete 12 or more interviews and finish with real employer interviews. Conversion is measured against your previous batch.

मौका

Mauka means chance.

Every student in every ITI, training centre and college has already done the hard part: months, often years, of skill built with their hands. What they've never been given is the chance to rehearse the fifteen minutes that decide what it was all for. That chance is the product.
